RETURN POLICY

At NikkiWax, your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you with the return or exchange process.

RETURN PERIOD

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
In accordance with European Union regulations, customers have a 14-day withdrawal period to cancel their online purchase without providing a reason.

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (e.g., invoice or receipt) is required to process your return.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines.
  • Intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Other exclusions:

  • Gift cards.
  • Downloadable software products.
  • Certain health and personal care items.

SALE FOR PROMOTIONAL ITEMS

  • Items purchased on sale or during promotions cannot be refunded.
  • However, they may be exchanged or eligible for a store credit, subject to availability.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure the return is delivered.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will proceed with the following steps:

  • You will receive an email confirming receipt of your returned item.
  • We will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If your refund is approved:

  • The amount will be automatically credited to your credit card or original payment method within 14 days of approval.

DELAYED OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you have not received your refund after 14 days:

  • Check your bank account or contact your bank, as processing times may vary.
  • Contact your credit card company, as posting may take additional days.

GIFTS

  • If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
  • Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

LIFETIME GUARANTEE

If you subscribed to the lifetime guarantee for your wax heater, you may request a replacement if the item is defective. Here’s how:

  • Contact our customer service at info@nikkiwax.com with details of the issue.
  • Provide visual evidence (photos/videos) showing the defect.
  • Our team will review your request. If approved, a replacement will be sent to you free of charge.

Note: The lifetime guarantee does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
